Arbor Parent App

At The Vale Academy, we work hard to keep our parents fully up-to-date, to support parents and students in accessing the documents, resources and information that they need whilst limiting the quantity of paperwork going to each household. To achieve this for parents, we make use of the Arbor mobile app and online portal.

Our Arbor parent app and online parent portal gives you access to key information regarding your child, including their timetable, attendance record and positive and negative behaviour points. Over the coming months, we will be adding features such as parents' evening bookings, communications, a ‘school shop’, report sharing and club and trip sign-up.

Creating your account

To access your account for the first time, you just need to set a password. You can do this by going to, clicking on ‘Forgotten Password?’ and following the instructions on screen. Remember, the email address you provide must match the one we have registered to you in our records.
